Interested in innovation since the beginning, he always looks at market trends to drive R&D. Thierry Gautreau had been working for 15 years in R&D and production before joining the Cetim technical center. In 2008, he started a new plant in Japan and was plant manager in France to produce composite materials for A350 planes. Since 2012, he is head of innovation department. Cetim develop technologies and drive industrials to their future.
